10 Days Masai Mara-Naivasha/Bogoria – Nakuru – Samburu – Sweet Waters-Amboseli

Pick up from your Hotel/Airport and proceed to masai Mara with a stopover at view point At 2,200 meters above the sea level, views of mount Longonot hundreds of meters below on the rift valley floor are spectacular views, Lake Naivasha-the highest in altitude of the Rift Valley lakes sparkles at a distance. Descend the escarpment to Narok, and then arrive at masai mara in time for lunch at the lodge/Camp Masai Mara. You will check, a short break to refresh then later proceed for evening game drive till dark. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/ camp.

Day 2 in Masai Mara will be full day of game drive, breakfast will be serve early, then the cook will pack for you fresh picnic lunch since the whole day will be exploring the Masai Mara famous 7th wonders of the World. This game reserve is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round.The Mara's gentle fertile climate bounded by The Rift, offers perhaps the richest stocked reserve set within some 1672 sq km - an unlimited spectacle of wildlife. Located 268 km west of Nairobi, the emphasis here is on game. Herds of immense Elephants, browse among Lion, Buffalo, Thompson Gazelle, Zebra and Topi. You may occasionally sight black Rhino. In the Mara River(where you will enjoy your picnic lunch) Hippos play and Cross bask on the banks. The annual migration of a million Wildebeest follows the rains north. After exploring the park return lodge camp for dinner and overnight.

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive, then depart for Lake Naivasha to arrive for lunch. Afternoon Proceed proceed to crescent island where you will take a walk. The shores host abundant birdlife especially huge numbers of pelicans, cormorants and fish-eagles with their haunting cry. There are more animals per acre than any other Kenyan Park, hence herds of Wildebeeste, Waterbuck, Zebra and Gazelle. Hippo graze all over at night then sleep under the acacia or rest in the water by day. The giraffe who were born on the Island return to give birth; sometimes you see three generations at a time. Hyena come to hunt at night but are not resident on the island, the many python who do live here can be seen occasionally with a kill. Groups of Buffalo come and go but they are always monitored. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

Depart after breakfast depart for lake Bogoria, The area abounds with a large variety of animals and Birds making it an ornithologist’s paradise, arguably the best in East Africa. Visitors may also see the shy Greater Kudu, the majestic Antelope with its spiraling horns. Other animals include Cheetah, Impala, Grants Gazelle and the waterbuck among others. This is the only place you can find geyser springs, hot springs and naturally heated health spa in Kenya. At the afternoon, depart for lake nakuru arriving at the evening. Dinner and Overnight at camp/ Lodge

After breakfast, do a game drive at Lake nakuru the home of millions of flamingos and the home of the white rhino and about 350 different species of birds. Lake Nakuru is also known as the "Ornithological Paradise" because of the hundreds of thousands of birds that are found here. Lake Nakuru is a soda lake on the floor of the Rift valley. It is famous due to its being a home to about 1.5 million flamingo's and the over 450 species of birds found here. The sight of the millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species - particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. It is a home to Lions, waterbucks, buffalos, baboons and pelicans. After Lunch depart for Samburu via the Thompson falls, Drive further north on the south bank of the Uaso Nyiro River, downriver from Archer’s Post. North of the Equator some of the animals and vegetation are a little different from those commonly found south. Arrive at the evening, Dinner and overnight at camp/ Lodge.

After breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for lunch and later afternoon game drive till dusk. Samburu National Reserve is a wildlife haven. Here you will spot Africa's big cats - lions, cheetahs and the elusive leopard. Some animals are unique to this northern Kenya Park: Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, kudu and gerenuk. The Ewaso Nyiro River, the boundary with the neighboring Buffalo Springs National Reserve, is where the elephants, buffalo and other animal species gather for a drink. You will find the scenic semiarid landscape quite dramatic. The reserve is located within the lands of the colorful semi-nomadic Samburu tribesmen. Dinner and overnight at Camp/Lodge.

After breakfast. You will then depart in the late morning for the foot-hills of Mount Kenya, where you arrive at the Ol-Pejeta ranch in the late morning,have your lunch then proceed for a g ame drive within the ranch in the evening. Animals to be seen include elephant, lion, cheetah, eland, giraffe, chimpanzee and many others. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

Early morning game drive, then you break for full breakfast. Leave Sweet water for Amboseli, drive south via the biggest open-air market in East and Central Africa (Karatina). Proceed to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch in one of the restaurants. Continue to Amboseli arriving in the camp late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at lodge/ camp.

After breakfast have a whole day game viewing. Amboseli National Park has the combination of scenery, people and animals is what makes the Amboseli national park of fascinating. Beautifully situated at the foot of the towering Kilimanjaro, it Is the home of the brightly painted Maasai tribe, here you can see lions, cheetahs, spotted hyenas and wild dogs as well as gnus, Kaffir buffaloes, Burch ells zebras and herds of elephants. All these animals come to drink at water holes consisting of small lakes or muddy ponds kept filled up by water from the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. The northern lake Amboseli contains water only after rain. Return to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy the last game. After the morning game drive return to the camp for the full breakfast then depart for lake Nairobi by road, Lunch will be served on the way en route, arriving in Nairobi in the evening, drop off at the airport/hotel.
